  •           You will necessarily be asked for your email address if you wish to create a user account, communicate with us via the contact forms and/or receive our Newsletter.
  •           Data relating to your identity such as your last name, first names, email address, postal addresses and telephone numbers may be requested from you

All subcontractors, service providers, Partners or other third parties mentioned above are bound by contractual obligations to respect the confidentiality and protection of the Data and to process it only for the purposes for which we transmit it to them.

Your Data may be transmitted to any buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, transfer, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of part or all of the assets of MANÒ FACTÒ due to uncertainties or bankruptcy, liquidation or other processes in which MANÒ FACTÒ user Data is among the assets transferred.

Finally, we may also disclose your Data:

- if we consider that disclosure is made necessary or required by the protection of the rights, property or safety of MANÒ FACTÒ , its customers or other stakeholders.

The Site may contain links to various sites and social networking platforms managed on third-party servers, by people or organizations over which MANÒ FACTÒ has no control. Therefore, we cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the way in which your Data will be stored or used on the servers of these third parties. MANÒ FACTÒ only keeps your Data for the duration necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3. This retention period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this duration. Likewise, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.

When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

When you contact MANÒ FACTÒ using the contact form or communicate with us by telephone,  your data may be kept:

- up to one (1) year from the last contact if you do not have a customer account or an order placed on the Site.

- up to ten (10) years (Legal Duration) from the last order placed on the Site, if this information concerns this order.

- In all other cases, the retention period of this Data exchanged cannot exceed one (1) year.


With regard to your user account, all of your billing data is kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase even if you have made a request to deactivate your user account. .


If you make a request for deletion of Personal Data, your Site user account will be deactivated and anonymized, then completely deleted at the end of the aforementioned periods from the day you made the request. Finally, with regard to Data collected using cookies or trackers, they will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or trackers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months for others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymized to be kept for statistical purposes only.

We inform you that the data used to prove your identity will be deleted once we have responded to your request. The Data collected during the use of the Site is stored exclusively on a server located in Europe and the USA , hosted by the company Green Geeks – 5739 Kanan Rd Suite 300 , Agoura Hills, CA 91301, USA.



What materials do you use for your jewelry?

My jewelry is made of stainless steel, Zamak (zinc alloy), leather, wood, glass, resin, paper, synthetic paper, gold and silver leaf, photo-stable inks and slate: durable materials and without danger. You'll wear quality every time.

Are the pieces hypoallergenic?

Absolutely ! My stainless steel pieces are perfect for sensitive skin and are free from allergenic metals such as nickel.

Is there a guarantee on your products?

Is the jewelry water resistant?

Yes, stainless steel is water resistant. However, to preserve the beauty of other materials, avoid prolonged bathing.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

A soft cloth and a little love is all it takes! Avoid chemicals and keep them dry.

What is your return policy ?

What is the delivery delay ?

It takes 2 business days if I have the jewelry in stock and ready to go and 3-4 days if I have to make it. (I work on demand and do not always create stock)

For Lifestyle items, which will be shipped separately, it takes 5-6 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship almost anywhere in the world.

Do you have stores or only an online store?

I have a physical store in OINGT, in Beaujolais (69620) where I sell jewelry and exhibit designers from the region. The mugs, tote bags, wall art and cards on this site are only sold online at this time.

Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours.
