So-called “sleeper” earrings have a particular type of spring lever attachment that closes behind the ear. More secure, they have their origins in the mid-19th century. Created at the time for a very specific use: to be worn at night to prevent the holes from closing. This is how sleepers got their nickname. .

Guaranteed allergen-free (nickel and lead free) they measure a little less than 3cm long (they arrive just under the lobe) and the diameter of the image is 16mm - or 18mm with the frame - they are light and comfortable and can be easily worn on a daily basis.
