Preamble

The self-employed Véronique MCKAY edits and operates the site mano-facto.com. These conditions determine the terms of sale: from placing an order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery of the Manò-Factò brand.

These General Conditions of Sale govern all contracts concluded from the website accessible at the url address http://test.mano-facto.com They are concluded between: the self-employed Véronique MCKAY, registered under the number 52804101500017, whose head office is rue Gabriel Chevalier – 69460 Vaux en Beaujolais, represented by Madame Véronique MCKAY in her capacity as Manager, on the one hand and the individual CUSTOMER, non-professional aged at least 18 years old and having legal capacity to contract on the other hand.
The CLIENT and the self-employed Véronique MCKAY will be collectively called the PARTIES.

Article 1. Definitions

The terms mentioned below have the following meaning in these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
PRODUCTS: refers to all the products available on the website http://test.mano-facto.com
E-COMMERCE SITE: designates the website accessible at the address mano-facto.com. The E-COMMERCE SITE brings together all the hosted web pages and products offered to CUSTOMERS.
VISITOR: refers to any person browsing the site http://test.mano-facto.com
CUSTOMER: designates the co-contractor of the self-employed Véronique MCKAY who guarantees to have the status of private client/consumer as defined by French law and jurisprudence.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE or CGV: designates this contract deemed to be accepted by the PARTIES.
DELIVERY: Delivery is considered to have been made from the date of the first presentation of the PRODUCTS to the delivery address mentioned when ordering by the CUSTOMER.

Article 2. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to establish the contractual provisions relating to the respective rights and obligations of the PARTIES in the context of the sale of PRODUCTS carried out on the E-COMMERCE SITE.

The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French.

Article 3. Archiving

Contracts concluded on the website http://test.mano-facto.com (data relating to your order and General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. Article 5. Nature of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions do not in any way confer on the CUSTOMER the status of employee, representative, agent or representative of the self-employed Véronique MCKAY. The PARTIES further declare that these General Terms and Conditions cannot under any circumstances be considered as a constitutive act of a legal person or any legal entity, and that any form of “affectio societatis” is formally excluded from their relations.

Article 7. Order

The CUSTOMER can validate an order via the site mano-facto.com

When the CUSTOMER places an order on the mano-facto.com website, he must:

The products ordered are sold while stocks last.

Coupons
To take advantage of promotional offers, the CUSTOMER calculates each reduction by completing the reduction voucher in a dedicated area of ​​the order process. Discount vouchers cannot be combined.

Article 8. Price and payment

All orders placed are payable upon ordering. Processing of the order placed by the CUSTOMER will only begin once payment has been validated.

Bank check

To make payment by Bank Check, the CUSTOMER must complete the complete order process and select the “Bank Check” payment method. Once the order has been placed, the CUSTOMER must follow the instructions detailed in the order confirmation email by returning their bank check payable to: Véronique MCKAY accompanied by their order confirmation email to the following address:

The order will be processed once payment by check has been received and validated by the site's services.

Bank transfer

To make payment by Bank Transfer, the CUSTOMER must complete the complete order process and select the “Transfer” payment method. Once their order has been placed, the CUSTOMER must follow the instructions detailed in the order confirmation email by making the payment from their bank account with the bank details provided in the order confirmation email.

The order will be processed once payment by bank transfer has been received.

Gift card

To make payment by Gift Card, the CUSTOMER must hold a gift card where a single-use code, written on the back of the card, has been assigned to them. During the ordering process, the CUSTOMER must enter the assigned code in the box provided for this purpose. The code can only be used once regardless of its value and regardless of the amount of the order. The code allows you to benefit from free delivery with no minimum purchase and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Card.

The prices of PRODUCTS may change at any time depending on the pricing policy of the self-employed Véronique MCKAY. The PRODUCTS ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered (subject to a different offer still valid).

The prices displayed are indicated in euros (“VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI”)

Processing and delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed. The CUSTOMER will have the choice of several delivery methods, each associated with a cost for the CUSTOMER, during their order process (see Article 9. Delivery).

Article 9. Delivery

The PRODUCTS offered for sale on the mano-facto.com website are deliverable worldwide.

The processing and shipping time for orders is 24 to 72 working hours. The average delivery time to the CUSTOMER is 2 to 3 working days for Metropolitan France and Monaco, 4 to 5 working days for the rest of the world.

Delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the prices indicated. The exact amount of delivery costs is indicated in the order process.

The CUSTOMER has several means of delivery subject to conditions when placing an order on the site.

Article 10. Retention of ownership and transfer of risks

The transfer of ownership will take place after full payment of the price.

The transfer of risks of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place upon receipt of the delivered goods.

Article 11. Right of withdrawal/returns

Right to retract

As a consumer, the CUSTOMER benefits from a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is counted from receipt of the PRODUCTS by the CUSTOMER. In the case of an order for the provision of a service, the period begins from acceptance of the offer by the CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER does not have to provide a reason to exercise his right of withdrawal. He will not suffer any penalty.

or a transfer to bank account

All returned products (product itself but also original packaging) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, Manò-Factò will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the product unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Manò-Factò, the products will then be returned to the customer at Manò-Factò's expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.

Return of a product

The CUSTOMER may return a PRODUCT after the legal withdrawal period for the following reasons:

It takes 2 business days if I have the jewelry in stock and ready to go and 3-4 days if I have to make it. (I work on demand and do not always create stock)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship almost anywhere in the world.
